New fan of Growth-RX!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I remember being a young man, around twenty or so, and being good-looking and confident, and I was laying around one day trying to remember how that felt. I enjoyed physical exercise, and you could tell by looking at what a toned body I had. I never had any trouble picking up women when I was younger, and I may not have been a total hunk, but I definitely got some looks from some very beautiful women. It was always an ego boost for me because I would be lifting at the health club or swimming in the water and have my heart pumping really hard, and the women who walked by would always give me a smile and I knew that they liked what they saw.
When I saw myself in the mirror, I knew that I didn’t have it anymore, even though I don’t consider it to be all that long ago when I was in top shape. There were no gorgeous women getting an eyeful of me while I was laying on my favorite futon, I know that much, and it seemed like that’s all I ever felt like doing. When it dawned on me that I didn’t even want women to see how unfit I was now, that’s when I started to really feel uneasy about it all. It was like I was in a Twilight Zone episode where it was the same me, but I had gotten transported into a different body.
He said he’s been using Growth RX, and that I ought to go online and find Growth RX testimonial. I just came out and asked him if this stuff was the reason that his muscle tone had changed so dramatically over the past couple of months, and he said, yes. It was common sense to go look into it.
Am I ever glad I did. I investigated Growth-Rx thoroughly. Many people were saying good things about it, so the next step was to figure out what was in the supplement. It turns out that the product is all-natural, which is a big selling point for me because I am very conscious of what I put in my body. When I saw that it offered higher energy and quicker healing of muscles after a work out, I opted to give it a shot; I had already seen that it would define muscles and reduce fat by looking at my friend’s body.
It worked even better than I expected. I can put on pants and shorts that have been sitting in my closet unworn for more years than I care to think about. The muscles in my arms and legs quickly became more defined. I don’t know if it was because of how the product aided recovery times, or if it was the fact that my energy level was so high, but I could work out a lot harder than I had been before. Whatever the case, that dream of getting back to the body I had in my twenties was becoming less of an unattainable fantasy and more of a reality every single day. It was great to know that my body was being taken care of, and that definitely had a positive impact on me psychologically as well.
Of course, it did wonders for my confidence the first time I was in a store and, out of the corner of my eye, I caught a young lady who couldn’t have been more than twenty-five at the most looking me up and down. I just smiled to myself and let her look. With Growth Rx helping me meet my fitness goals, I knew that wouldn’t be the last time that some young, buxom brunette would be checking me out. I still like to relax on the couch, but from now on, I won’t be sitting there all alone.

Gorgeous selection of men’s handkerchiefs!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

This was my first marriage and I wanted to plan the perfect wedding shower. I knew I needed help, so I asked my sister if she wanted to help me. My sister agreed to help me and was excited about it. I know there is a lot that goes into planning a wedding shower and I was excited and ready to get started. This was not my first time planning a shower and I knew how great my shower would be. I didn’t have a lot of time and I knew I better get started with the planning.
Me and my sister were looking for a place to have the shower and enough space for all the guests. We found one and it was near my house. We then went searching on the internet for all the decorations and gifts. We saw so many themed wedding shower ideas that were cute. I finally found all my decorations and purchased all the gifts I needed for the wedding shower. I needed to find the shower favors. There was a big variety to choose from. This took some time to decide when looking at all the wonderful shower favors. We saw a handkerchief that was so elegant, that I decided this is what I want to give my guests for a wedding favor. This made me decide that I wanted one for myself on my wedding day. I seen a gorgeous silk handkerchief that was so beautiful. I was positive that my family and friends would like the ladies handkerchiefs. My decision was to pick the lace handkerchief for my guests.
Everything was turning out. The hall was reserved and we bought the decorations, gifts, and wedding favors. I needed to figure out what kind of food I was going to have at my shower. I was going to have it catered, but it was way too expensive for my budget. While looking through my recipes, I came across some of the best dishes, that I know me and my sister could prepare. Our local bakery makes cakes for showers, so that is who we ordered it from. Everything was ready. I picked out these gorgeous invitations and mailed them. Now it was a waiting game, waiting for the day of the shower.
The day finally arrived and we went to hall to set up the shower. It took us about an hour to decorate the hall. As soon as we finished, we were amazed how great the room looked. I made sure that I took a picture to remember how great it looked. The cake was on the table with the food and each table had a center piece. Each setting had a cotton handkerchief. If you were to walk in the room, you would think how gorgeous it looked.
My guests finally arrived and we all had such a great time. We all enjoyed each other’s company. We had fun playing games and eating. I could hear my guests say how much they loved the handkerchief. I couldn’t believe how many gifts I got from all my guests. The shower was coming to a end and I wanted it not to end, because we were all having a good time.
When it was time for my guests to leave, they commented how much of a good time they had and were happy to get the handkerchief. I am so glad I went with the handkerchief for the wedding favor. This day turned out so good and will be remembered for a life time. I also am grateful that I had my sister to help me plan my wedding shower. It meant so much to me that she was a part of this.|It made me feel good that she was by my side through this.|She really touched my heart during this.[/spin] That is the reason she is my maid of honor.

Gorgeous heart favor!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

The theme they chose was a heart wedding, and it was a very loving one one for them to choose. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The RSVP info was printed on the attractive hearts wedding favors, which each had a pair silver hearts on their covers. They were really quite beautiful. They picked out very elegant candle holders for the unity and tapered candles, and of course there were two small hearts dangling from the unity candle. The look of the altar was glorious, with brilliant flower arrangements and candle settings. The tulle was strung from pew to pew, with little hearts on the pews as well. I guess when you get married on Valentine’s Day, hearts are really a big deal. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
The décor of the reception included a plethora of hearts and flowers. The silver hearts wedding theme carried over to the place cards holders at the reception tables, and they complimented the red and white rose centerpieces beautifully. The table settings glittered with glasses for wine and champagne. She did an awesome job of designing the place settings at the reception. The champagne flutes were long stemmed crystal and the wine glasses were personalized with the names of the bride and groom and the date of their wedding. The champagne glasses on bride and groom table were really something special. They had a silver double hearts wedding insignia embossed on them, very similar to the hearts wedding invitation they sent out.
They had a five-layer hearts wedding cake that was really yummy. It looked as good as it tasted. Maybe the one place in the whole wedding where there wasn’t a heart was at the top of the cake, where they had a customized miniature replica of the bride and groom that looked exactly like them. They were really very unique, I’ve never seen a wedding cake topper quite like this one. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. I’m sure they’ll treasure that forever.
It turned out to be a gorgeous hearts wedding favor. One gift was an adorable votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. A very original idea for them to think of, I felt. Really, there was no shortage of awesome thoughts for the wedding. The whole hearts genre matched Valentine’s Day, but I was still surprised at how many supplies and wedding items she found to fit that theme. I still can’t get over how cool that cake topper was. That could work great on a birthday cake or maybe even a graduation cake, not just a wedding cake. She offered to show me where she got everything, and she said that they have something for every occasion. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. I’m sure the bride and groom are having a great week in Mexico too. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it, and checking out the photos when they get back. The pictures she showed me on the brochures were fantastic.

Gorgeous Duck Baby Shower

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I associated babies with childhood, and I associate childhood with Ernie singing ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One’ on Sesame Street. It seemed like such a unique idea that I wasn’t sure if there would be enough duck baby shower around to plan a theme around, but I realized what I started looking into it that the idea was more popular than I had imagined. They are really so cute and it was a lot better than I thought it would be with all the online shopping help I got for ideas. All kinds of duck favors for baby showers or birthday parties for little ones are out there on the web, and they all look so cute.
I was holding the shower in my rec room in the basement so I had plenty of room to set up indivdual tables to seat four guests at each. I put baby shower gifts in one corner, and then at the opposite end of the den was a table with appetizers, drinks, deserts, and a layered cake in the form of a rubber ducky and the words baby girl written on it. On the wall I had a huge cut out of Daisy Duck and smaller cutouts of Donald, Mickey and the whole Mickey Mouse Gang.
At each table were little pink picture frames that I used as place card holders and each frame came with a baby duck in the corner. The table settings had duck themed napkins, cup, paper plates, duck candles, and a duck-decorated punch bowl. I bought a bathtub for an infant that was in the form of a duck at a local retail place, and I put the punch bowl inside of it. It was really kind of cute. I found an ice cube tray that made little duck ice cubes, so I put yellow water in them and froze them. Believe me, it was the most ducks you’ve ever seen in one place at one time.
On the world wide web, I found a bunch of great ideas, and that’s pretty much where I found everything I needed, but I did get a few recommendations from some of the people at my school. On the Internet is where I found duck shower favors, such as the gorgeous rubber duck favor bookmarkers I found, and the duck candles, too. The people at the shower thought they were to die for, and they got handed out to the winners of the games we did at the shower as well.
Before the guests starting arriving I filled a big square container with water and placed little rubber ducks in it. Every duck had a number on the under side of it, and every guest grabbed one duck out of the tub as they walked in. A couple of hours into the shower, I picked a number out of a jar, and the person with that numbered duck received an award. We also did the old game where you try to guess which person belongs to which baby picture. I hung a baby photo of every guest who brought their baby picture along on a bulletin board. All of the people at the shower got a good look at all of the pictures on the board, and then they sat down and attempted to guess who was in what picture. The winner was the person who guessed right on the most of them, and they were awarded a shower favor.
The new mom had a bounty of awsome gifts for her baby, and good times were had by all. Going on the net to help me put together this shower was an outstanding decision. I didn’t know how it would all come together, but it all worked out very well in the end. The idea of centering it around ducks made for an absolutely adorable theme.

Gorgeous Ceramic Wedding Gifts

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I think the hardest part of planning a wedding is deciding on thank you gifts for your friends and family. There is choices like practical gifts that they can use at home, crystal gifts or maybe even ceramic wedding favors figurines. Whatever your preference, I found out there are an awful lot of each to choose from.
I’ve even found ceramic favors for my country themed wedding ceremony and reception party. You can use just about any favor made of ceramic for almost any themed wedding you are planning. While looking through all the possible wedding favors I spotted an adorable little black ceramic wedding tray made especially for the little tea caddys that came with it. There were ceramic wedding gifts like candle holders, awesome tea lights, vases and more. I made wedding favor shopping the last thing on my to do list, because not only is it hard to choose the right gift, but there is just so much to choose from.
So, decorating my reception tables was the first task on hand. Since this was a country western motif, all my tables were picnic tables with checked tablecloths and a little metal bucket full of daisies was the centerpieces. I bought adorable little barbecue grills as place card holders, which I let all the guests keep after the reception. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. We had cowboy shaped glasses to drink from and little tiny cowboy hats at each guests place setting to add to the western motif. I chose the really lovely honey pots and dippers, with a heart on the end on their handles, as the ceramic wedding favors for our guests, instead of the tea caddy I saw earlier. They were so adorable and they fit right in with the country motif of our reception. Although, I almost went with ceramic wedding candle holders, which were really awesome. With all the great decorating accessories at my disposal, our tables had the look of a real country wedding, and the rest of the motif was perfect too.
We brought in haystacks and scattered them around the area, and hung up white lights that twinkled, all through the trees. A cowgirl with her rope tied to her grooms rope to have him hauled off to the preacher was the wedding cake topper we chose. We all had a good laugh from our whimsical cake topper. There were lots of laughter at our reception, we all dance, and partied our little hearts out and had such a super time. The kids really had a great time on the hayride we had all fixed up for everyone, and that had to be one of the best times ever.
We also had nice little surprises for our wedding party people, like our bridesmaids and groomsmen for instance. I bought for the ladies in my wedding party and my fiance chose the guys gifts, which were gorgeous little ceramic wedding gifts for the girls and really neat looking cowboy steins for the guys. As far as a gift for our ring boy and flower girl, we found adorable little tee shirts that said ‘flower girl’ and ring bearer’on them. Our friends and family and everyone in our wedding party seemed to be very impressed with our choice of wedding favor gifts for each of them.
I ordered bride and groom cowboy hats for me and my husband, a few accessories like an adorable western themed guest book and pen set, and a gorgeous wedding album to store the memories of today in. I thought this would turn out great, but it was way more better than I had imagined, what a super party we had.

Found some fabolous wedding memory book

Monday, May 11th, 2009

We go through a lot of days that we’d like to remember forever in our lifetimes. There is your bridal shower, wedding day, baby showers and so many more ocassions you want to hang on to the memories of. That’s why my wedding books are some of the most delightful items in our home. The wedding memory book that contains the wedding shower that my sister and my loved ones put on for me contains wonderful moments in it. We took a lot of pictures that serve as wonderful reminders of what a fabulous night that was. The pretty things they had arranged at the party and the exciting places we went to, that evening, were all caught on film. The pictures we have really show just how outrageous that night became . I’ve even got a couple pictures of the male dancers we went to see. They knew how to work the crowd. That was my only foray into the world of exocitc dancers, and it was memorable. They may not be as famous as the Chippendale dancers, but these were more than entertaining, that’s for sure.
When I chose all the accessories and reception supplies for our wedding, I also made sure I had a memory book for our photos of the wedding and reception. We had no shortage of pictures to put in it. Actually, I had to get two of them to hold all of the pics. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. On certain pages in one of the picture album books were places for the guests we invited to write their names down. They were both lovely personalized memory books with my first initial on the left, the initial of our last name, and on the right my husbands first initial. The ribbon made of satin and the rare fabric made the album have a very classy touch. There are also refill pages available if needed, and we certainly need them.
A lot of life-changing events are recorded in my photo albums. I’m sure as the years progress I’ll have even more keepsake memory books filling up my closet shelves. Baby shower books, a wedding book, and the one from that bachelorette party are the ones that I have currently. My daughter will be three in a few days and my son is only one. My son has a blue book and my daughter has a pink one; we got the right colors because we found out what they’d be before they were born. All of their momentous occasions are recorded in there, such as their first steps and baptisms. The baby memory books have pictures, handprints, and birth certificates stored there, too. I slipped an official invitation from the showers and wedding in each album as well. I could open up a photo gallery with all of the pictures I have stored away.
In spite of my husband’s frequent grumbling, I will keep those albums in my closet, because they are mementos of days that were special to me. But all that is about to change soon, because I’m clearing a couple of shelves in the family room for all the home movies that I’ll be recording on the new camcorder I just bought. With all the videos I plan to record and all the picture albums and memory books I’ve acquired, not to mention all that I intend to aquire, I’ll probably have to make more room in other closets around the house. Hey, a girls got to have her memories to look back on. The years ahead with our children are memories I want to hang on to for the rest of my life, and I definitely intend to.

found some affordable groom wedding gifts

Monday, May 11th, 2009

The bachelor party, the girls night out party, and engagement parties, all have one thing in common, the bride and groom gifts. There are a lot of neat little gifts that you can give your bride and groom to be at these parties. A number of the gifts my husband and I got were rather remarkable. Some of the things we got were quite innovative, while most of the people at our engagement party just gave us cash, which was alright with us, every little bit helps when you are just started out. We were given movie and dinner certificates, a bottle of champagne we could use for our wedding toast, two tickets to a Reds game, that we really enjoyed, and little things like that. We didn’t really expect many gifts, since gifts are optional at an engagement party, but a number of our relatives and friends got us some regardless.
At my husbands bachelor party the guys bought him some cool tee shirts that had things printed on it like, how he survived his bachelor party and one that just said groom on the front. A mug with groom on it was another bride gift he got, along with a sun visor and set of wine bottles that were made for a man about to get married. Plus he got a few things that were gag gifts, like the inflatable lady they handcuffed him too, and the ball and chain they made him wear for the party. There were a few other gag groom wedding gifts too that the guys had a lot of fun presenting to him. My girls night out party was fantastic too and I got a lot of gag gifts, but also quite a few nice bride gifts too. I got a beautiful evening bag made of white satin with a white ribbon across the top and under a lovely crystal button clasp. There were some feminine items like a manicure set in the bag, along with a tee shirt and pin that were designed for the bride to wear at a bachelorette party. But I think my favorite little novelty bride gift was a throw pillow that said ‘tonight’ on one side, and ‘not tonight’ on the other. It was definitely an unusual and funny throw pillow.
We didn’t get any joke bride and groom wedding gifts on our wedding day. We got about three toasters, four blenders and lots of waffle irons, but that is to be expected when you have so many people attending your wedding. I was fortunate enough to receive a certain food processor and some fine china that I had requested on my bridal registry. My mother- and father-in-law gave us a bar side set and a pool table, and my husband thought it was absolutely wonderful, and has already planned a get together with the guys. My parents got us tickets to Greece for our honeymoon. We received a lot of wonderful gifts on our wedding day from our loving families and fantastic friends.
Most of all, our friends and family being at our wedding to share that magical experience with us was the greatest gift. They were with us every step of the way, from our engagement party to the wedding and to the reception dinner. Being surrounded with great, supportive people like them is what makes life so much more enjoyable. It’s also great to have such wild and crazy friends in the mix to throw you such fantastic girls night out parties and bachelor parties. With friends like that around, your life will be anything but boring. The magnitude of our gratefulness for having them as friends, along with the most fantastic families, just cannot be expressed in something as small as a thank you note.

Found some lovely Party Invitations

Monday, May 11th, 2009

I made a list of everything I’d have to buy for my best friend’s bridal shower, and then once I had that, I got to work. Goal number one was finding a great bachelorette party invitation. Dragging myself from shop to shop hoping to find a good deal or a decent selection isn’t my idea of a good time, so I went searching for supplies online. Boy, did I luck out in that department. I was really surprised to find so much and at such great prices. Some of the deals were just incredible. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. The site also had standard party invitations, birthday party invitations, and many other types of invitations.
There were some great little accessories for my shower too, like place card holders for all the little tables I had set up. One of the things I found was a little bridal guest book for everyone to sign and for the bride, to be, to keep a record of every gift she received. One style of place card holders caught my fancy. They had these little plastic handbags that I filled with colorful little candies and found place cards with pink lilies printed on them. Next to the other decorations and presents, they were a real eye-catcher. No matter what the reason for the gathering, they have an appropriate favor box to go with it. I chose little floral patterned boxes which I stacked on a cake plate in layers and sat on the gift table. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. As thank you gifts I decided on manicure sets for everyone, and I bought a few extra gifts as prizes for the party games we were going to play. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. If you want to see something humorous, try playing ‘Take It Off,” a game where you have to but a bag on your head and then, when the person running the game tells you to take off one piece of clothing, you have to take one off – and it’s astonishing how many women don’t have it come to mind that they ought to take off the bag. This is really a hysterical game to play. We had a hoot playing bridal bingo and some other activities, too. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. I know I got a super deal on the favors and invitations I picked out. The things I purchased were well made, and I spent a lot whole less than I thought I would have to, and had a whole lot more choices. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. So, maybe ordering her accessories and reception supplies from here will help her out in the planning and the finances. I know it helped to make this bridal shower a success. The bridal shower was a sensation, and everyone there liked their shower favors, too. The people who took the time to go to the shower will all get thank you cards, which I’m working on now. Which, by the way, I also ordered online. Next, I’m helping with my friends sons’ birthday party with the help of my favorite online store.

Found some amazing mikasa crystal

Monday, May 11th, 2009

I went to a wedding last week where they had mikasa crystal accessories on all of the reception tables. They had mikasa wedding favors and mikasa crystal glassware on every reception table. What excellent taste the bride has in decorating a wedding and reception tables. With all the mikasa accessories she had on the tables, it was a picture of elegance.
The place cards rested on the tails of these very beautiful little silver doves. The centerpieces she chose really helped to bring out the beauty of her reception tables. For her centerpieces she had lovely pillar candles with a floral garnish surrounding them. Their choice of wedding favors were something to acknowledge too. At every table setting was a lovely gift of mikasa crystal wedding favors. The beautiful mikasa crystal was packaged in such lovely favor boxes with nice little thank you hang tags attached.
Five layers of chocolate heaven with chocolate flavored cream cheese on each and every layer was the choice of wedding cakes they had. Their wedding cake topper was really extra special. Since she ordered most of her wedding supplies and decorations from an online wedding store, she decided to check out the cake toppers too, and found out they customize wedding cake toppers. They make figurines that look just like the bride and groom for the topper and all it takes is sending them a couple head shots of the happy couple. They did a fantastic job capturing the faces of the bride and groom. I was determined to find out what the name of her online wedding store was so I could have them make up a cake topper like that for my mom and dads’ anniversary wedding.
The garter toss was really a riot, I laughed so hard. All those single men gathered together with a growing excitement while they watched the groom remove the leg garter from his bride. Then watching them fall all over each other, trying to be the lucky guy to catch it. The funniest part though, is that the winner of the garter toss was a widower in his 70’s that didn’t even want to participate in the toss. There was a big smile on the old mans face as he walked off with the garter in his hand.
For the bridal toast we all had crystal champagne flutes, that we were also given to take home, with the names of the bride and groom, and date of the wedding printed on them. After the toast it was time for the bride and groom to take their place on the dance floor for their first dance together as husband and wife. They made such an elegant couple as they danced across the dance floor. When the bride and grooms dance was finished, everyone joined them for the next song. I know I went overboard on the dancing, my feet hurt all night long.
Then it was time for the happy couple to leave the reception and begin their honeymoon, so everyone was yelling good bye and good luck. Hawaii was the honeymoon destination, from what I was told by one of the guests. I’m sure their honeymoon will be just as wonderful as their wedding day was. The remaining guests stayed behind for hours and continued to party.
I received my thank you note for my gift and my presence at the wedding and reception, after only two weeks. I was surprised to receive a thank you so soon. I did manage to get the information on the website that she ordered everything for the mikasa wedding from and the precious wedding cake topper too. I’m ordering what I need for my parents anniversary wedding party today.

Found some great jewelry boxes on the market!

Monday, May 11th, 2009

In my day, jewelry boxes were just a box that all the jewelry went in, but now, you can buy watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes and boxes that are specifically made for necklaces only. The array of jewelry boxes can be decked out in a plethora of styles and colors. For her wedding day, my daughter got her bridesmaids jewelry boxes, and one for herself as well. She purchased a lot of things besides that, including her accesssories and reception supplies. They have some pretty nice suggestions for wedding decors, from traditional to themed. The décor my daughter and her groom went with had a fairy tale look and feel to it. They pulled it off in stunning fashion, her with long flowing veil and him with his extravagant tuxedo. The ceremony was delightful. After the ceremony was over my daughter and son in law left the church in grand style with a horse drawn buggy and a driver dressed in a top hat and tails.
We all met at the reception hall which she had elegantly decorated with lovely flower vases and tulle draped in a carousel fashion with little white twinkling lights. The tables at the reception had silvery sparkles and wonderful flower arrangements, and the bride and groom table sat in front of an arrangement of red and white roses with ivy strung along an arch. She picked out tea light place card holders in the shape of silver doves that made the tables shine even more. All the lady guests received small jewelry boxes with sculpted flowers and little crystals to add to its beauty. The men were given little key chains with the well known frog prince as a charm. The affordable jewelry boxes for the bridesmaids had black velvet-lined interiors and were made of wood and sliver-plated. The date of the wedding and name of the happy couple were inscribed in the boxes. The thank you gift my daughter gave the girls was very warmly received. discount jewelry box I saw looked like an extremely expensive jewelry box! The guys all got wine gifts sets with their names engraved on a small plaque. I thought that was pretty unique for a thank you gift.
Her wedding cake topper was a really unique little dream castle that really showed off the lovliness of their three tiered wedding cake. The cake knife set and champagne glasses meshed perfectly together with the cake. I couldn’t believe all the super accessories she got and it didn’t cost her anywhere near what I thought it would cost. They were firm about the fact that they did not want us to cover the bills from the wedding even though, as parents of the bride, we made it clear to them that we expected to pay for everything.
I felt the warm tears flow down my face as the two of them gracefully floated around the floor for their first dance. It was as if I were watching the real prince and princess in the Cinderella story dancing together. The guys got so rowdy trying to catch the garter, during the garter toss, that they had me laughing to no end. My daughter’s wedding day was as magical as she imagined it would be, and the whole thing was so special. Her ideal honeymoon is where they are at the moment, and I’m sure it will be wonderful, too. I can hardly wait for them to get back and tell me all about the fantastic sights they saw.
